The SANAT Crusher Horizontal Feeder is a heavy-duty vibrating feeding machine designed to supply crushing plants with large volumes of rock material. It is suitable for mountain mines containing large stones as well as river mines, thanks to its tenacious and highly resistant structure. The machine includes a grizzly system in front of the structure and a very large storage hopper with a capacity of 30 to 90 tons. Double spherical roller bearings are used to create a smooth revolving movement, while the shafts are made of durable alloy steel. The movement amplitude can be adjusted in the locomotive system, allowing the operator to control the rate of the machine’s input. Anti-friction plates are used in manufacturing the body and the bottom tray, which reduces wear and extends the service life of the equipment. A complete lubrication system together with sealing tools guarantees reliable long-term operation. Three models are available: HFA-100 with 150-250 t/h capacity, 37 kW power and 18 tons weight; HFB-120 with 300-550 t/h, 45 kW and 24.5 tons; and HFC-150 with 450-1000 t/h, 55 kW and 50 tons. This wide range makes the feeder compatible with small, medium and large crushing lines. Overall, the SANAT horizontal feeder offers strength, adjustability and high capacity for demanding mining applications.
